ANÁLISIS DEL EXPEDIENTE N° 9103-2014, TERCERÍA EXCLUYENTE DE PROPIEDAD Y LA VALIDACIÓN DE LA FECHA CIERTA EN DOCUMENTO PRIVADO

Abstract

De la lectura del trabajo denominado “Análisis del Expediente N° 9103-2014, Tercería Excluyente de Propiedad y la Validación de la Fecha Cierta en Documento Privado”, advertirá un análisis minucioso del expediente N° 9103-2014 tramitado por el Décimo Segundo Juzgado Civil Sub Especialidad Comercial de la Corte Superior de Lima, en la cual, a criterio propio, se vulnera el derecho de propiedad, declarando como no oponible el documento privado de propiedad presentado por la actora tercerista, debido a que este no tenía fecha cierta.
