Aplicación de un sistema web para el control y seguimiento de requerimientos de software en el área de tecnología

Abstract

Muchas son las variables y factores que se encuentran en un desarrollo y ejecución dentro de un proyecto. Y más aún cuando se tiene que llevar un control y seguimiento de esto lo cual no resulta de manera correcta cuando no se tiene la herramienta adecuada para estos casos. En este trabajo de investigación que tiene como objetivo principal implementar una aplicación web el cual de soporte al control y seguimiento de requerimientos el cual dará una realización más eficiente del trabajo que se viene realizando. Este trabajo que tiene por nombre “APLICACIÓN DE UN SISTEMA WEB PARA EL CONTROL Y SEGUIMIENTO DE REQUERIMIENTOS DE SOFTWARE EN EL ÁREA DE TECNOLOGÍA”, fue desplegado con el empeño de poder mostrar que rediseñando los procesos e implementado un sistema web se puede agilizar la gestión y permite dar un mejor control a las solicitudes de requerimientos que realizan los usuarios, con el fin de poder mejorar los diferentes procesos que tiene cada área. Esta investigación se basa en la problemática que viene pasando el área de tecnología de no contar con una herramienta que le de soporte. Para el desarrollo del presente trabajo, se realizó la búsqueda de información y análisis de referencias bibliografías teóricas y prácticas sobre seguimiento y control de requerimientos. Este estudio fue desarrollado como una investigación con diseño no experimental de tipo aplicada. Se estima que, con la elaboración del presente trabajo, se logre poder generar y disponer de información efectiva en el área de tecnología, garantizar la satisfacción de los clientes con respuestas eficientes, oportunas y optimizar la gestión de la organización. En los siguientes capítulos se detallara cada de uno de los aspectos concebidos para llevar a cabo la sustentación de la Tesis. Para concluir con el resultado del desarrollo de la investigación realizada, se puede decir que realizando una apliacion se contribuye con el mejoramiento de los procesos como realizar una mejor gestión de los requerimientos solicitados.

This study was developed as a non-experimental design research of applied type. It is estimated that, with the development of this work, you can generate and have effective information in the area of technology, ensure customer satisfaction with efficient responses, opportunities and optimize the management of the organization. In the following chapters, each of the aspects conceived to carry out the thesis is detailed. To conclude with the result of the development of the research carried out, it can be said that making an application contributes with the improvement of the processes such as making a better management of the requested requirements.
