dc.description.abstractEn la presente investigación se explicó los factores que influyen en el archivamiento de denuncias por los delitos de agresiones en contra de las mujeres, puesto que ellas, en gran porcentaje, denuncian y posteriormente abandonan o desisten al proceso debido por muchos factores. En ese sentido, esta investigación pone en debate la forma de conclusión anormal de un proceso penal.
dc.description.abstractIn the present investigation, the factors that influence the filing of complaints for crimes of aggression against women were explained, since they, in a large percentage, denounce and subsequently abandon or desist from the due process due to many factors. In this sense, this investigation puts into debate the form of abnormal conclusion of a criminal process.
