Resumen
El presente trabajo analiza la influencia de las políticas económicas
neoliberales del consenso de Washington en el crecimiento económico del Perú
para el periodo 1990-2015, los cuales se han venido aplicando de manera
progresiva desde el gobiernos de Alberto Fujimori desde la década de los 90,
para el estudio nos basamos en métodos como el Mínimos Cuadrados
Ordinarios (MCO) y la estimación de los variables a partir de datos anualizados
contrastados, además se pretende demostrar la existencia de una relación
positiva entre las variables como el tipo de cambio, tasa de interés, arancel e
inversión extranjera directa, con el crecimiento económico peruano.
También, los resultados muestran que la variable independiente como la
tasa de interés, tiene mayor impacto y trascendencia sobre el incremento del
PBI, en el periodo analizado, asimismo es relevante el aporte de las otras
variables, en consecuencia el estudio sugiere la aplicación eficiente de la
políticas neoliberales del consenso de Washington en la economía Peruana, toda
vez que solo se han implementado algunas fórmulas, impidiendo así el pleno
crecimiento del PBI.
