Resumen
El presente trabajo de investigación se llevó a cabo en el Laboratorio de Cultivo de Tejidos "in vitro" de la Facultad de Ciencias Agrarias de la UNASAM en la ciudad universitaria de Shancayan y que tuvo por finalidad determinar el efecto de diferentes concentraciones de Ácido Giberélico en la fase de multiplicación de Arándano (Vaccinium corymbosum cv. Biloxi) mediante la técnica de cultivo "in Vitro" El diseño utilizado fue el Diseño Completamente al Azar (DCA) con 5 tratamientos que fueron las diferentes concentraciones de Ácido Giberélico: T0 (0 ppm), T1 (50 ppm), T2 (100 ppm), T3 (150 ppm) y T4 (200 ppm) y cinco repeticiones. Se evaluó el número de brotes y la altura de planta. Para el número de brotes, el mejor tratamiento fue el T2 (100 ppm) con el que se obtuvo 15 brotes en promedio, siendo la dosis óptima frente a los demás tratamientos T3 (150 ppm) y T4 (200 ppm) con 6 brotes en promedio, T1(50 ppm) con un promedio de 4 brotes y T0 (0 ppm) con 2 brotes en promedio; respecto a la altura de planta se obtuvo que el tratamiento T2 (100 ppm) con 3. 70 cm fue la dosis óptima frente a los demás tratamientos T3 (150 ppm) con 2.38 cm, T4 (200ppm) con 2.24 cm y T1 (50ppm) con 1.83 cm y TO con 1.80 cm.
