dc.description.abstractEl CT es un medio sensible y especifico con excelente correlación con hallazgos quirúrgicos de pacientes con enfermedad aórtica grave. Es útil medir la función endotelial en pacientes con cuadros clínicos de enfermedad coronaria y angiografías normales. El trauma abdominal cerrado debe ser racionalmente abordado desde el punto de vista imagenológica para orientar adecuadamente al clínico.
