Factores asociados a preeclampsia en adolescentes atendidas en el Hospital Hipólito Unanue de Tacna 2011 – 2020

Resumen
Objetivo: Determinar los factores asociados a preeclampsia en adolescentes gestantes en el Hospital Hipólito Unanue de Tacna del 2011 a 2020. Metodología: Estudio de tipo observacional, analítico, comparativo, de corte transversal. Se incluyeron a 340 gestantes adolescentes, de los cuales 85 presentaron el diagnostico de preeclampsia y 255 no la presentaron en relación 3 a 1 durante el periodo 2011 a 2020. Resultados: La prevalencia de gestantes adolescentes con preeclampsia en el Hospital Hipolito Unanue de Tacna durante los años 2011 a 2020 fue de 1,9%. No se asociaron factores sociodemográficos estadísticamente significativos a preeclampsia en la gestante adolescente. El factor nutricional asociado fue el índice de masa corporal (IMC) ≥30 (p= 0,014). El factor obstétrico asociado fue la edad gestacional de pretérmino tardío y el pretérmino extremo (p=0,001, p= 0,01 respectivamente). Conclusión: Los factores asociados que guardan relación con preeclampsia en gestantes adolescentes son: la obesidad, la edad gestacional pretérmino tardío y pretérmino extremo.
