Resumen
La presente estudio de investigación es de tipo cuantitativo, de corte transversal con diseño descriptivo correlacional, que busca determinar la relación entre los Factores laborales y la Realización Personal en las enfermeras del Centro Quirúrgico del Hospital Daniel Alcides Carrión y del Hospital Hipólito Unanue Tacna, 201O. La muestra estuvo constituida por 30 enfermeras, a quienes se aplicaron los dos instrumentos: Escala de valoración de Realización Personal y el Cuestionario de Factores Laborales. El estudio permitió determinar que la mayoría de las (os) profesionales de enfermería presentan Realización Personal baja. En relación a los Factores Laborales el mayor porcentaje se encuentra en el personal nombrado, experiencia 0-10 años, horas de trabajo 35 a 44 horas a la semana, que atienden 0-10 pacientes diarios, no trabajan en otro lugar, se encuentran satisfechas en su trabajo, no se encuentran motivadas y el problema más frecuente es la falta de personal y la falta de estímulos. Existe relación estadísticamente significativa entre las variables Factores Laborales: el lugar de trabajo, el tiempo de servicio, horas por semana, motivación y en relación a los problemas más frecuentes: falta de personal, falta de estímulos con la Realización Personal, aplicando la prueba estadística Chi cuadrado con el 95% de confiabilidad y significancia de p<0,05. No existe relación estadísticamente significativa entre las variables Factores Laborales: situación laboral, número de pacientes, relacionado con otro trabajo, con la Realización Personal de las enfermeras del Centro Quirúrgico del Hospital Daniel Alcides Carrión y el Hospital Hipólito Unanue de Tacna.
