Los Conceptos del PMI, el presente trabajo se basa en aprender, identificar, determinar, definir, realizar, elaborar, desarrollar y proponer todo relacionado a la Guía del PMBOK, donde nosotros por medio de estándares profesionales de una Gestión de Proyectos tendremos en conocimiento de cómo una Institución u Organización elabora los proyectos con una exitosa practica elaborada.
Todo el trabajo elaborado contiene los conceptos del PMI, la Guía del PMBOK, la relación entre proyectos, programas y portafolios; ¿Qué es una Gerencia de Proyectos?, los procesos de un proyectos y sus áreas de conocimientos; además lo ¿Qué es un PMO?, la estructura organizacional de proyectos y el Rol del Gerente de Proyectos y el Análisis de los Involucrados.
El Project Management Body of Knowlegde (PMBOK) es el producto más famoso y reconocido del PMI. Contiene una descripción general de los fundamentos de la Gestión de Proyectos reconocidos como buenas prácticas. Actualmente en su quinta edición, es el único estándar ANSI (ANSI/PMI 99 – 001 - 2008) aplicadas a un amplio rango de gestión de proyectos, incluyendo construcción, software, ingeniería. Todos los programas educativos y certificaciones brindadas por el PMI están estrechamente relacionados con el PMBOK.
