Bienestar del profesorado y la Ley de reforma magisterial 29944 en los docentes de la Institución Educativa Antonia Moreno de Cáceres, San Juan de Lurigancho

Abstract

Esta investigación titulada, Bienestar del profesorado y la Ley de la Carrera Pública Magisterial 29062 en los docentes de la Institución Educativa Antonia Moreno de Cáceres, San Juan de Lurigancho. El principal objetivo de esta investigación es demostrar la relación entre bienestar del profesorado y la ley de la carrera pública magisterial 29062. Es un estudio no experimental de tipo transeccional tomados los datos en solo momento a una muestra de 40 docentes de la Institución Educativa Antonia Moreno de Cáceres, San Juan de Lurigancho, el instrumento fue validado por juicio de expertos con consistencia interna alfa de Cronbach, obteniendo resultados al 95% de confiabilidad constatando la relación de las variables.

This research entitled, Welfare of the teaching staff and the Law of the Magisterial Public Career 29062 in the teachers of the Educational Institution Antonia Moreno de Cáceres, San Juan de Lurigancho. The main objective of this research is to demonstrate the relationship between teachers' well-being and the law of the magisterial public career 29062. It is a non-experimental study of a transectional type, taking the data in just a moment to a sample of 40 teachers of the Antonia Moreno Educational Institution de Cáceres, San Juan de Lurigancho, the instrument was validated by the judgment of experts with internal consistency alpha of Crombach, obtaining 95% reliability results verifying the relationship of the variables.
