The objective of this research work consists of three chapters: normative. Grammar and Writing. In the Regulations, such term is conceptualized and it is separated from what is the norm. Its historical development is elaborated in traditional, scientific and diversified regulations. Likewise, the characteristics of the regulations are identified: historicity, contextuality, functionality, collective character, obligation, autonomy, variability, selectivity, diversity and valuation. A classification of the linguistic norm is also made: educated, uneducated, formal and informal norms, later considering the debate between purists and evolutionists regarding the norm. Finally, it includes both the various variations of the regulations: diastratic, diatopic, diaphasic, diachronic, etc., as well as the standardization of the language and its importance. In the Grammar chapter, conceptualization as science and as human activity is included. Then an outline of its historical development is made from the Indian Panini, the ancient Greeks and Romans, the Middle Ages, Modern and Contemporary when comparative, systematic, structural and generative grammars are developed, consolidating more descriptive grammar to the detriment of grammar prescriptive. The characteristics of Grammar are also explained: descriptive, prescriptive, systematic, synchronic, integrative, scientific, legal, theoretical-practical, evolutionary, debatable, methodical, functional and complex. As for the parts of Grammar, morphology, syntax, semantics, phonetics, phonology, spelling, etymology and orthology are described. It also details about the classes of grammar: prescriptive, descriptive, traditional, functional, formal, synchronic, historical and theoretical. As for the grammatical categories, the noun, adjective, article, pronoun are defined and exemplified and we see ourselves as variable categories and the adverb, interjection, preposition and conjunction as invariable categories. The functions of Grammar are also described: organizing, investigative, applicative, descriptive, optimizing, modeling and prescriptive. Finally, some select grammar rules are outlined. Finally, in the chapter on Writing, this term is conceptualized and defined by writing. The elements of writing are described: editor, theme, code, style, text, reader and support; likewise, substance and form. Regarding the drafting process, two models are mentioned: planning, organization, development, editing and final revision, and also the one that proposes three stages: invention, layout and elocution. Writing classes are also developed: formal, informal, academic, scientific-technical, advertising, journalistic, argumentative and digital. Regarding the qualities of the writing, clarity, adequacy, coherence, cohesion, correctness, logical order, efficiency, emphasis, interesting, fluency, simplicity, conciseness and originality are described. In return, the vices of writing are described: obscurity, inadequacy, incoherence, disconnection, incorrectness, logical disorder, inefficiency, anarchy, disinterest, inflexibility, complexity, bombast and routine. Finally, three select writing models are included: academic, literary, and business.
