El desempeño docente y la mejora del rendimiento de los estudiantes del 6º Grado de la Institución Educativa N° 38977/MX-P “Villa San Cristobal” distrito de Villa San Cristobal, UGEL Huamanga, Ayacucho

Abstract

En la presente investigación estudia la relación existente entre el desempeño docente y la mejora del rendimiento escolar de los Estudiantes del 6º Grado de la Institución Educativa N° 38977/MX-P “Villa San Cristobal” Distrito de Villa San Cristobal, UGEL Huamanga, Ayacucho; el estudio tuvo un enfoque cuantitativo, el tipo de investigación fue sustantiva o de base, con un diseño descriptivo correlacional, aplicando el método hipotético deductivo.La población y muestra estuvo constituida por los estudiantes del nivel de educación secundaria.La técnica utilizada para recabar la información del caso fue la encuesta y los instrumentos fueron el cuestionario para evaluar el desempeño docente y las actas de las calificaciones obtenidas por los estudiantes en las evaluacines de las áreas curriculares correspondientes al periodo lectivo del año 2017. El procesamiento y análisis de la información recabada se realizó considerando estadísticas descriptivas e inferenciales, que incluye la r de Person. Los resultados indican que, el desempeño docente según la percepción de los estudiantes encuestados, se expresan predominantemente en el nivel medio; mientras que el rendimiento escolar alcanza un nivel medio; y que existe relación significativa entre el desempeño docente y el rendimiento escolar de los Estudiantes del 6º Grado de la Institución Educativa N° 38977/MX-P “Villa San Cristobal” Distrito de Villa San Cristobal, UGEL Huamanga, Ayacucho.

The results indicate that the teaching performance according to the perception of the surveyed students is predominantly expressed at the intermediate level; while school performance reaches a medium level; and that there is a significant relationship between teaching performance and school performance of 6th Grade Students of the Educational Institution No. 38977 / MX-P "Villa San Cristobal" Villa San Cristobal District, UGEL Huamanga, Ayacucho.
