The objective of this research work was in this monographic work on vehicle ignition systems, in terms
In general, the objective of demonstrating that the ignition system is
essential to start the engine, for circulation, all this knowledge
developed on the ignition system is the beginning of something broader, because there are
new technologies with state-of-the-art electronic devices for a good comfort of the
driver.
Originally, the ignition system was powered by a low-voltage magneto.
voltage for the ignition of the engine and thanks to the advancement of technology it was
evolving and the high tension magneto and the first spark plug were supplied.
Electronic ignition systems have become very efficient and
They evolved at the same time in vehicles according to the advancement of technology.
When from the starting point to the vehicle, the driver performs the
activation of the ignition switch current flows from the accumulator
of current allowing it to flow to the primary terminal of the ignition coil
producing a strong magnetic field.
This is how the ignition system for points and electronics is fed with
direct current by means of a current accumulator (battery) in order to facilitate the
ignition and internal combustion engine either two-stroke or four-stroke.
