Resumen
El objetivo de la investigación es analizar la frecuencia de la posición de terceras molares inferiores de acuerdo a la clasificación Winter en radiografías panorámicas, centro radiológico dental, Lima 2021; tesis de tipo básica descriptiva, observacional transversal y retrospectivo, utilizando el método científico, diseño no experimental descriptivo. El muestreo fue no probabilística intencional, se contó con 145 radiografías de pacientes del centro radiológico y se estudiaron 290 dientes. Por ser una investigación descriptiva se trabajó con un nivel de confianza del 95%; presenta las conclusiones: El grupo etario preponderante en el estudio se encuentran entre 18 y 24 años, con 49.66% (72). Y participaron mayormente pacientes del género femenino con 51.72% (75). La posición de los terceros molares inferiores según Winter más frecuentes es la mesioangulada con 56.55% (164). La prevalencia de la posición de las terceras molares inferiores según Winter en el género femenino es mesioangulada con 28.97% (84). La prevalencia de la posición de las terceras molares inferiores según Winter en el grupo etario de 18 a 24 años es mesioangulada con 31.72% (92). La prevalencia de la posición de las terceras molares inferiores según Winter en el lado derecho es la posición mesioangulada con 29.31% (85) y en el lado izquierdo es la posición mesioangulada con 27.24% (79)
