Resumen
El presente trabajo de investigación trata sobre: Eventos estresantes y satisfacción de los cuidados en madres con niños internados en el hospital Félix Mayorca Soto. Tarma – 2019. El objetivo general que guió la investigación fue: Determinar la relación entre los eventos estresantes y satisfacción de los cuidados en madres con niños internados en el Hospital Félix Mayorca Soto. Tarma – 2019. La metodología empleada fue, estudio de enfoque cuantitativo, básico, de nivel relacional, el diseño empleado fue el no experimental de corte trasversal. Para el estudio se trabajó con el poblacional muestral de 75 madres con niños internados, para ello, se empleó como técnica el muestreo no probabilístico del tipo intencional; para la recolección de datos se emplearon dos cuestionarios, un cuestionario de eventos estresantes y un cuestionario de satisfacción de cuidados. Resultados, en el estudio se halló un rs de -,545 y un p-valor es ,000 entre las variables de estudio eventos estresantes y satisfacción de los cuidados. De la misma manera se halló un rs de -,400; -,507; -,550 en la correlación entre la variable eventos estresantes en sus dimensiones ambiente físico, cuidados brindados, comunicación informativa y satisfacción de los cuidados respectivamente. En todos los casos, el p- valor hallado fue ,000. Conclusiones, existe correlación negativa moderada y estadísticamente significativa entre las variables eventos estresantes y satisfacción de los cuidados en las madres con niños internados en el Hospital Félix Mayorca Soto.
