Plan de fortalecimiento a la planificación curricular para la mejora de la gestión curricular en la Institución Educativa Nº 62116 de la comunidad de San Juan de Pamplona, distrito de Yurimaguas, provincia de Alto Amazonas, región Loreto

Abstract

El presente trabajo académico tiene por finalidad mejorar la gestión escolar y por ende la gestión curricular, la identificación del problema se realizó a partir del diagnóstico con la participación de la comunidad educativa de tal forma teniendo en cuenta las necesidades del contexto, identificando el problema materia de investigación denominado: “El limitado fortalecimiento a la planificación curricular, dificulta la gestión curricular” que tiene como objetivo general, diseñar una propuesta de un plan de fortalecimiento a la planificación curricular para la mejora de la gestión curricular y escolar. Como metodología se utilizó la investigación acción participativa, de tipo aplicada, con enfoque cualitativo; se utilizó como instrumento de recojo de información la guía de entrevista, el mismo que estuvo conformado por un conjunto de preguntas con respecto a las variables que están sujetas a medición, que permitió recoger información relevante respecto a la planificación curricular, para lo cual se ha determinado un conjunto de acciones de tal manera nos permita realizar la planificación curricular de manera participativa, frente al cual se ha planteado la alternativa de solución: “Propuesta de un plan de fortalecimiento a la planificación curricular para la mejora de la gestión curricular”; para el logro de la propuesta se ha hecho una revisión de diferentes teorías que le dan el sustento a la propuesta. El presente Plan de Acción está orientado a mejorar la gestión escolar, mejorar la gestión curricular y por consiguiente la planificación curricular, el cual permitirá mejorar los resultados educativos en la institución.

The purpose of this academic work is to improve school management and therefore curricular management, the identification of the problem was carried out from the diagnosis with the participation of the educational community in such a way taking into account the needs of the context, identifying the problem matter of research called: "The limited strengthening of curricular planning, hinders curricular management" whose general objective is to design a proposal for a plan to strengthen curricular planning for the improvement of curricular and school management. As a methodology, participatory action research was used, of an applied type, with a qualitative approach; the interview guide was used as an instrument for collecting information, the same one that was made up of a set of questions regarding the variables that are subject to measurement, which allowed collecting relevant information regarding curricular planning, for which it has been determined a set of actions in such a way that allows us to carry out curricular planning in a participatory manner, against which the alternative solution has been proposed: "Proposal of a plan to strengthen curricular planning for the improvement of curricular management"; To achieve the proposal, a review of different theories that support the proposal has been made. This Action Plan is aimed at improving school management, improving curricular management and therefore curricular planning, which will allow improving educational results in the institution.
