Resumen
El objetivo de esta investigación es diagnosticar el nivel de salario emocional recibido
por los empleados en la sede corporativa de San Miguel-Asociación Cultural
Sudamericana, 2019. El estudio corresponde a una investigación descriptiva, con un
enfoque cuantitativo de acuerdo con el manejo de datos. El diseño de la investigación es no
experimental, transversal.
El universo de la población está conformado por 44 colaboradores de la sede
corporativa de San Miguel - Asociación Cultural Sudamericana, de la ciudad de Lima. La
muestra es intencional, no probabilística y de tipo censal, considerando a 42 colaboradores
por cumplir con los criterios de inclusión. La técnica utilizada para recopilar la información
fue la encuesta y el instrumento utilizado fue el cuestionario de salario emocional realizado
y validado por Jonathan Carrillo.
Se establece como conclusión que el salario emocional en los empleados de las
oficinas centrales de la empresa Asociación Cultural Sudamericana de San Miguel alcanza
el nivel promedio general en un 81%, debido a que el personal se encuentra medianamente
satisfechos en sus necesidades y expectativas con relaciona al reconocimiento, ambiente
laboral y normas o acuerdos de la organización. The objective of this research is to diagnose the level of emotional salary by
employees in the corporate headquarters of San Miguel-Asociación Cultural Sudamericana,
2019. The study corresponds to a descriptive investigation, with a quantitative approach in
accordance with the management of the data. The design of the research is not
experimental, transversal.
The universe of the population is made up of 44 employees from the corporate
headquarters of San Miguel - Asociación Cultural Sudamericana, in the city of Lima. The
sample is intentional, not probabilistic and census type, and has 42 employees to meet the
inclusion criteria. The technique sought to collect the information was the survey and the
instrument.
The South American Cultural Association of San Miguel reaches the average level
in general by 81%, because the staff is in a satisfactory manner in their needs and
expectations in relation to recognition, work environment and rules or agreements of the
