Resumen
La medición de la efectividad de los SI se reporta como uno de los veinte asuntos más importantes por los miembros de la sociedad para la administración de la información, en el 2008, las organizaciones continúan incrementando el gasto en tecnología de información (IT) y sus presupuestos continúan aumentando, aun en la mira de potenciales recesiones económicas, haciéndose imprescindible evaluar los Sistemas de Información (SI) de tal modo que podamos conocer las causas verdaderas de los atributos que
causan o no su éxito, así como proporcionarnos información valiosa para la mejor implementación de software para mejorar el impacto de los SI a nivel individual, cooperativo u organizacional en las empresas.
En dicho sentido se presenta un Modelo de Evaluación en el cual se ha incluido dichos atributos críticos de éxito que impactan en el trabajo en equipo, siendo la cooperación un elemento clave en las compañías más exitosas del mundo ya que crea energía, innovación, productividad, creatividad y entusiasmo, tal es el caso de: British Petroleum, Goldman, Sachs, Nokia, OgilvyOne, BBC, France Telecom, Lehman Brothers, France Telecom, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Reuters, Royal Bank of Scotland, Siemens, Xerox.
En dicho sentido y desde la perspectiva del éxito de los SI, la presente investigación incorpora el desempeño cooperativo como un constructor innovador, el cual busca identificar el grado de influencia que los atributos, factores y dimensiones tienen sobre dicho constructor.
