Orientación vocacional en estudiantes de cuarto y quinto año de educación secundaria de una institución educativa particular del distrito de Jesús María

La actual investigación tuvo como objetivo principal el describir los niveles de
orientación vocacional presente en una población de estudiantes de cuarto y
quinto de secundaria de una institución educativa particular ubicado en el distrito
de Jesús María. A través de un estudio de diseño no experimental de tipo
descriptivo, se seleccionó una muestra conformada por 66 adolescentes de
ambos sexos con edades entre 15 a 17 años; en quienes se midió la variable por
medio de la aplicación del cuestionario Talento 45 creado por Pereyra (2016).
Como parte de los resultados más resaltantes, el estudio permitió conocer que
el nivel que predomina en la muestra de estudio es “Muy bajo” dado que se
presenta en el 32% de los estudiantes participantes; asimismo, en las
dimensiones de estudio Habilidades, Rasgos de personalidad, Intereses e
Inteligencia, predomina un nivel bajo a muy bajo. Asimismo, los resultados
permitieron plantear estrategias de intervención a través de un programa. The current research had as main objective to describe the levels of vocational
orientation present in a population of fourth- and fifth-year high school students
of a particular educational institution located in the district of Jesús María.
Through a descriptive non-experimental design study, selecting a sample
consisting of 66 adolescents of both sexes with ages between 15 and 17 years;
in whom the variable was measured through the application of the Talent 45
questionnaire created by Pereyra (2016). As part of the most outstanding results,
the study known to know the level that predominates in the study sample is "Very
low" since it is presented in 32% of the participating students; specifically, in the
study dimensions Skills, Personality Traits, Interests and Intelligence, a low to
very low level predominates. Likewise, the results allowed us to propose
intervention strategies through a program.
