dc.description.abstractPor muchos años en la historia del Perú la minería artesanal, fue considerada como tal, sin embargo, en los siete últimos años de nuestra historia esta perspectiva ha cambiado, gran parte de este tipo de actividad minera ha pasado a la ilegalidad e informalidad por no cumplir con las exigencias o no encontrarse dentro de los parámetros establecidos por la administración gubernamental decretado por la legislación vigente.
