Resumen
El propósito de este trabajo de investigación tecnológica fue la de optimizar el tiempo en
el proceso de desmontaje del elemento de unidades (pin) del brazo de reacción de un
reductor de velocidad de un HPGR (máquina de molienda terciaria en la gran minería)
además de hacer de este proceso un trabajo más simple y seguro.
Para lograr este fin, se propuso el diseño y fabricación de una herramienta mecánica
con características específicas y con una ayuda de una gata hidráulica que nos ayude a
realizar este desmontaje reduciendo el numero de trabajadores, minimizando su exposición
al peligro y cuidando el medio ambiente.
Esta herramienta se fabricó en acero estructural ASTM A36, con características
adecuadas de manera que pueda soportar las fuerzas que se generen al momento de
realizar el trabajo de desmontaje, sin sufrir deformaciones permanentes. Para el corte de
las planchas de acero se usa equipo de corte oxiacetilénico y para el soldeo se usa
electrodo revestido de bajo hidrogeno.
