La Artritis Reumatoide es considerada como una enfermedad inflamatoria crónica de
origen autoinmune afectando a múltiples articulaciones inespecíficos y manifestaciones
extra-articulares afectando a la estructura corporal donde se manifiesta típicamente
dolor, hinchazón y rigidez o dificultad de movimiento causando daño en las
articulaciones pequeñas y grandes. En el Perú se encontró la prevalencia de la
enfermedad en la edad media fue 54,9 +/- 13,6 años de 0,32%.
Esta investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la prevalencia e identificar los
factores de riesgo de artritis reumatoide en mayores de 50 años del Hospital Ramiro
Priale Priale octubre 2018. En la presente investigación se consideró el método
científico, puesto que desde el principio se siguió las etapas correspondidas con este
método hasta llegar a una investigación ventajosa.
Se observó que un factor de riesgo medio es el sobrepeso ya que solo el 50% estaba
relacionada con ello, así mismo el uso frecuente de productos de limpieza y dolor
matutino por más de una hora, también se vio involucrada la localización del dolor
predominando en las manos con un 50% y rodillas con un 37.5%, el número de
articulaciones que se vio involucrada fue de un 68.8% de articulaciones entre grandes
y pequeñas, en nuestra investigación encontramos que hay un pequeño porcentaje en
Artritis reumatoide está asociado a problemas de diabetes, hipertensión arterial y
obesidad.
