Síndrome de Burnout y hábitos alimentarios en docentes que desarrollan clases virtuales de tres instituciones educativas de Lima durante el periodo 2021

Introducción: La nueva modalidad de enseñanza virtual, ha sido un gran desafío para todo el sector educativo, los maestros se han tenido que adaptar a una nueva forma de trabajo y un entorno social cambiante, el cual pueden causar cambios psicosociales que repercuten en la salud mental y hábitos alimentarios del trabajador, por ende, esto también lleva cambios en el estado nutricional y emocional de las personas. Objetivo: Determinar la asociación del síndrome de burnout y hábitos alimentarios en docentes que desarrollan clases virtuales de tres instituciones educativas de Lima durante el periodo 2021. Materiales y Métodos: Se ejecutó un estudio correlacional, no experimental de corte transversal en docentes de tres instituciones educativas de Lima, durante el periodo 2021. Se utilizó dos instrumentos, el test de Inventario del síndrome de burnout de Maslach (MBI) y un cuestionario de hábitos alimentarios, ambos cuestionarios previamente validados por investigaciones anteriores. La información obtenida fue analizada por el programa estadístico SPSS y Microsoft Excel. Resultados: Se encontró que no existe asociación entre el síndrome de burnout y hábitos alimentarios en docentes que desarrollan clases virtuales de tres instituciones educativas de Lima durante el periodo 2021 determinado por el coeficiente de correlación de SPEARMAN p-valor 0,444. Se observó una baja prevalencia de síndrome de burnout en los docentes que desarrollan clases virtuales de tres instituciones educativas, ya que solo el 5,2% de los docentes lo presentaba. Conclusión: No existe asociación entre el síndrome burnout y hábitos alimentarios en docentes que desarrollan clases virtuales de tres instituciones educativas de Lima durante el periodo 2021.
