Actividad sexual en gestantes y su relación con la infección genito-urinaria en el Centro de Salud de San Joaquín, 2021

Resumen
Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre la actividad sexual en gestantes y la
infección Genito-urinaria en el centro de salud de San Joaquín,2021.
Material y método: Estudio de tipo básico, de nivel relacional prospectivo,
trasversal y de diseño no experimental, la muestra fue de 60 gestantes con
infecciones genitourinarias, el instrumento a emplear fue sobre las variables
actividad sexual e infecciones genitourinarias con un total 11 ítems, el
estadístico a emplear fue el chi cuadrado.
Resultados: De los participantes, el 46.7% cursaban con edades de 24 a
30 años, el 55% secundaria, el 45% se encuentran en el II trimestre de
gestación. En cuanto a la variable actividad sexual, el 38.3% tiene una
frecuencia sexual de 2 veces por semana, el 78.3% el tipo de sexo que
practican es vaginal, el 90% no usan preservativos y el 30% si refieren
haber practicado la masturbación durante el embarazo, para la variable
infección genitourinario, el 36.7% presento tricominiasis, el 25% vaginosis
bacteriana, el 21.7% infección urinaria y el 16.7% clamidias.
Conclusión: Existe relación entre la actividad sexual en gestantes y la
infección Genito-urinaria en el centro de salud de San Joaquín, 2021, ya
que el valor p<0.05.
