Resumen
Currently the quality of services provided by public institutions are seriously questioned because we constantly find users dissatisfied with the service they have received from the Municipal entity.
The present investigation entitled "IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF SUPPLY OF ORDERS FOR THE SATISFACTION OF INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL USERS OF THE PROVINCIAL MUNICIPALITY OF PISCO - 2017", aims to determine the influence that exists between quality of supply and satisfaction of user areas of the Provincial Municipality of Pisco. In the same way, emphasize that there is a real concern for the well-being of users, oriented only to increase the level of satisfaction and trust.
This research is of a descriptive quantitative non-experimental design, it has a population of 200 public servants and is taking a sample of 30% (60) 100% public servants. The survey was used as a method and as a research instrument, a questionnaire duly formulated with 10 questions with unique options in order to qualify the indicators as both independent and dependent variables. At the end of the investigation, the hypothesis was verified that determined that the quality management of grass flow significantly influences the satisfaction of users and user areas of the Municipality of Pisco.
