Resumen
El estudio “NIVEL DE SATISFACCIÓN DE LOS USUARIOS QUE ACUDEN A
CONSULTA EXTERNA EN EL CENTRO DE SALUD INDEPENDENCIA,
CUSCO-2018”. Se realizó con el obtuvo de determinar el nivel de satisfacción
de los usuarios que acuden a recibir atención al puesto de salud de
independencia, Cusco, fue de tipo descriptivo, prospectivo, transversal, se utilizó
como técnica la entrevista y el instrumento la encuesta, con una muestra de 249
usuarios, utilizando muestreo probabilístico.
Llegando a la conclusión que el 56.6% son usuarios, la edad con mayor
frecuencia es de 18 a 35 año con un 56.2%, el sexo de mayor concurrencia es
el sexo femenino con un 81.5%, el nivel de estudio del encuestado con un 34.1%
tiene secundaria completa, el tipo de seguro con un 59.4% tienen SIS, el 83.9%
son usuarios continuadores, el consultorio más concurrido es medicina general
con un 85.1%,el personal que realiza la atención con un 85.1% son los médicos
.En la dimensión fiabilidad del centro de Salud Independencia el 39% se
encuentra satisfecho y el 4% muy insatisfecho.
En la dimensión capacidad de respuesta el 30.9% se encuentra insatisfecho y el
4% muy insatisfecho.
En la dimensión seguridad el 47.8% se siente satisfecho y el 4% se siente
insatisfecho y muy insatisfecho.
En la dimensión empatía el 51.8% se siente satisfecho el 4.1% muy insatisfecho.
En la dimensión aspectos tangibles el 32.1% se ni satisfecho ni insatisfecho y el
3.6% se siente insatisfecho.
El variable nivel de satisfacción de los usuarios que acuden a consulta externa,
se sienten con un 37.3% ni satisfecho ni insatisfecho, el 32.5% satisfecho, el
15.7% muy insatisfecho, el 10.4% regularmente insatisfecho y el 4.1%

The variable level of satisfaction of the users who come to the outpatient clinic,
feel with 37.3% neither satisfied nor dissatisfied, 32.5% satisfied, 15.7% very
dissatisfied, 10.4% regularly dissatisfied and 4.1% dissatisfied.
