Clima organizacional de los colaboradores del área de logística de la Unidad Ejecutora 409 Hospital Alfredo Callo Rodríguez de Sicuani-Cusco 2021

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación se realizó a los colaboradores del área de logística de la Unidad Ejecutora 409 Hospital Alfredo Callo Rodríguez de Sicuani-Cusco 2021, Es un estudio que tiene como finalidad describir el Clima Organizacional dentro de la institución, para lo cual el tipo de investigación que se realizo es básico, con un diseño no experimental tomando como población y muestra el total de colaboradores que son 25, para lo cual se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta cuyos resultados se obtuvieron mediante el uso de software estadístico SPSS y Excel. Los resultados de la investigación concluyeron que el Clima Organizacional en el área de logística de la Unidad Ejecutora 409 Hospital Alfredo Callo Rodríguez de Sicuani-Cusco 2021, obtuvo un promedio de 3.28, calificándolo como regular, la variable fue analizada y medida a través de las siguientes dimensiones: Liderazgo obtuvo un promedio de 3.22 calificándola como regular, la dimensión motivación obtuvo un promedio de 3.18, calificando como regular, la dimensión trabajo en equipo obtuvo un promedio de 3.58 calificando como regular, la dimensión comunicación obtuvo un promedio de 3.06 calificándolo como regular, la dimensión relaciones interpersonales un promedio de 3.24, calificándolo como regular, dichos resultados nos ayudan a describir el clima organizacional de la unidad de logística del hospital Alfredo Callo Rodríguez de Sicuani.
