El estudio intitulado: CARACTERÍSTICAS DEL CONSUMO DE BEBIDAS
ALCOHÓLICAS EN ESTUDIANTES DEL 1ER AL 3ER SEMESTRE, ESCUELA
PROFESIONAL DE INGENIERÍA CIVIL, UNIVERSIDAD ANDINA DEL CUSCO -
2018. Cuyo objetivo fue determinar las características del consumo de bebidas
alcohólicas en estudiantes del 1er al 3er semestre, Escuela Profesional de
Ingeniería Civil, Universidad Andina del Cusco 2018. La metodología usada fue de
tipo descriptivo de diseño no experimental de corte transversal, la técnica usada fue
la entrevista que consideró a 193 estudiantes de la Escuela Profesional de
Ingeniería Civil de la Universidad Andina del Cusco.
Dentro de las características generales se halló que el 46.2% tienen entre 16 -19
años, el 73.1% es de sexo masculino, el 52.9% cursa el primer semestre académico
y el 66.8% practica la religión cristiano-católico.
Las características del consumo de bebidas alcohólicas en las dimensiones del
entorno familiar se halló que: el 52.3% de estudiantes indicaron que ambos padres
consumen bebidas alcohólicas y el 76.2% mintieron a sus padres o tutores por irse
a beber en algunas ocasiones; en relación al entorno social: el 48.7% consume
bebidas alcohólicas por placer, el 95.9% beben habitualmente con amigos, el 81.3%
indicaron que las bebidas alcohólicas son fáciles de conseguir, el 69.4% bebieron
alcohol hasta perder el control, el 39.8% beben alcohol alrededor de la universidad
y el 56.5% financian las bebidas a través de una bolsa común; en relación al entorno
académico: el 71.5% de estudiantes indicaron faltar a clases en algunas ocasiones
por beber y el 53.9% de estudiantes desaprobaron algún curso por beber; dentro
de los tipos y frecuencia de consumo de bebidas alcohólicas: el 58.5% consumen
bebidas fermentadas como la cerveza o vino y el 53.9% consume bebidas
alcohólicas cada fin de semana The study entitled: CHARACTERISTICS OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE

PROFESSIONAL SCHOOL OF CIVIL ENGINEERING, ANDEAN UNIVERSITY OF
CUSCO - 2018. The objective of which was the characteristics of the consumption
of alcoholic beverages in students from the 1st to the 3rd semester, School
Professional of Civil Engineering, Universidad Andina del Cusco 2018. The
methodology used was of a descriptive type of non-experimental cross-sectional
design, the technique used was the interview that considered 193 students from the
Professional School of Civil Engineering of the Universidad Andina del Cusco
Among the characteristics, it was found that 46.2% are between 16-19 years of age,

frequency of consumption of alcoholic beverages: 58.5% consume fermented
beverages such as beer or wine and 53.9% consume alcoholic beverages every
weekend
