La toma de decisiones en el consejo de administración y los resultados económicos en la Cooperativa Agraria Cafetalera Huadquiña Ltda. N°109 del distrito de Santa Teresa La Convención – Cusco, periodo 2021

Abstract

En el presente trabajo titulado “LA TOMA DE DECISIONES EN EL CONSEJO DE ADMINISTRACION Y LOS RESULTADOS ECONOMICOS EN LA COOPERATIVA CAFETALERA HUADQUIÑA LTDA N°109” tiene como objetivo principal identificar como es la toma de decisiones en el consejo de administración de la Cooperativa y los resultados económicos en la Cooperativa Agraria Cafetalera Huadquiña Ltda. N°109 del distrito de Santa Teresa, la Convención – Cusco, el trabajo de investigación no tienen hipótesis. El método de la investigación fue de tipo básica, enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, alcance descriptivo. La población estuvo conformada por la información contable alcanzada por la Cooperativa Agraria Cafetalera Huadquiña Ltda. N°109 y por las 05 personas del consejo de administrac ió n y el gerente, la muestra estuvo conformado por información contable y la encuesta a los 06 personas , Las técnicas que se usaron fueron la encuesta y el análisis documental, y los instrumentos el cuestionario y la guía de análisis documental, los cuales permitieron llegar a los siguientes resultados: La toma de decisiones en el consejo de administración y los resultados económicos dentro de la Cooperativa Agraria Cafetalera Huadquiña Ltda. N°109, afirman que en la actualidad se dedica principalmente al acopio del café pergamino para la exportación exclusivamente, por otro lado para contar con liquidez constante también se dedica a la crianza y venta de ganado vacuno y al cultivo de maíz amarillo ,como cabe señalar que estas dos actividades secundarias están sujetas a la estacionalidad es decir de acuerdo a la época.

No. 109 and by the 05 people of the board of directors and the manager, the sample was made up of accounting information and the survey of 06 people, The techniques that were used were the survey and the documentary analysis, and the instruments the questionnaire and the documentary analys is guide, which allowed reaching the following results: Decision-making in the board of directors and the economic results within the Agrarian Cooperative Cafetalera Huadquiña Ltda. No. 109, affirm that at present it is mainly dedicated to the collection of parchment coffee for export exclusively, on the other hand, to have constant liquidity, it is also dedicated to the raising and sale of cattle and the cultivation of corn. yellow, as it should be noted that these two secondary activities are subject to seasonality, that is, according to do at the time.
