Informe de trabajo académico: expediente judicial en materia civil: divorcio por causal del adulterio y expediente judicial en materia laboral: reconocimiento de derechos labores

Abstract

El Trabajo Académico del Expediente Laboral cuya materia es el reconocimiento de Derechos laborales, comprende la forma en que inicia una relación de trabajo y sus elementos, de igual manera se abarca el tema de la desnaturalización de un contrato sujeto a modalidad y además respecto a los alcances de una negociación colectiva celebrada con los sindicatos de trabajadores; todo ello en base al régimen laboral de la actividad privada y en acápites siguientes se expone el marco teórico respecto de las instituciones jurídicas que se evidencia en el expediente, posteriormente se enuncia la jurisprudencia idónea y acorde a la investigación, que dilucida mi perspectiva sobre determinados temas y además se incluye las conclusiones y bibliografía pertinentes.

The Academic Work of the Labor File whose subject is the recognition of labor rights, includes the form in which a work relationship begins and its elements, in the same way the subject of the denaturalization of a contract subject to modality is covered and in addition with respect to the scopes of a collective negotiation celebrated with the workers' unions; All this based on the labor regime of the private activity, in the following chapters the theoretical framework is exposed with respect to the legal institutions that are evident in the file, later the suitable jurisprudence is enunciated and according to the investigation, that elucidates my perspective on certain subjects and in addition the pertinent conclusions and bibliography are included.
