salud Mariano Melgar – Puno setiembre a diciembre 2017.
2017. Objective: To determine the fetal biometry in full-term pregnant women at the Mariano
Melgar-Puno health post from September to December 2017. Material and Methods: A
survey was conducted on a total of 100 pregnant women at term, the instrument has four
parts: general data of the pregnant woman, gynecological-obstetric data of current
pregnancy, obstetric ultrasound data and observations with conclusions of fetal biometry.
The study design is observational, prospective and transversal; second level of research
and corresponds to the research line of maternal and reproductive health. Results: Of the
total of 100 pregnant women, 25 belong to pregnant women of 37 weeks of which 72%
are in P50 with respect to biparietal diameter, 80% are in P50 of cephalic circumference,
84% are in P50 of abdominal circumference and 76% in P50 of femoral length and finally
48% corresponds to gestation from 37.3 to 37.4. With regard to 38 weeks 25 pregnant
women of which 84% are in P50 with respect to biparietal diameter, head circumference,
abdominal circumference and femoral length and finally 40% corresponds to gestation
from 38.3 to 38.4. With regard to 39 weeks 28 pregnant women of whom 86% are in P50
with respect to biparietal diameter, 79% are in P50 of cephalic circumference, 75% in
P50 of abdominal circumference and 82% in P50 of femoral length and finally 82 %
corresponds to gestation of 39 to 39.2 and finally 22 pregnant women to 40 weeks of
which 95% are in P50 with respect to biparietal diameter, head circumference, abdominal
circumference and 91% in P50 of femoral length and finally 68% corresponds to gestation
from 40 to 40.2 weeks. Conclusions: It was determined that fetal biometry does not show
a difference in term pregnants in height of the health post of Mariano Melgar - Puno from
September to December 2017.
