La delimitación de las condiciones para la prescripción adquisitiva de dominio y sus particulares efectos en la adquisición de propiedad de terrenos abandonados en la comunidad de Yananpampa, distrito de Sangarará, provincia de Acomayo, Región Cusco - 2021

Abstract

La presente investigación denominada: “LA DELIMITACIÓN DE LAS CONDICIONES PARA LA PRESCRIPCIÓN ADQUISITIVA DE DOMINIO Y SUS PARTICULARES EFECTOS EN LA ADQUISICIÓN DE PROPIEDAD DE TERRENOS ABANDONADOS EN LA COMUNIDAD DE YANANPAMPA, DISTRITO DE SANGARARÁ, PROVINCIA DE ACOMAYO, REGION CUSCO 2021”, tiene como objetivo general conocer y delimitar las condiciones de la prescripción adquisitiva que existe, en las propiedades de terrenos abandonados en la Comunidad de Yananpampa al 2021. En este trabajo se han planteado interrogantes; siendo el problema general el siguiente: ¿Cuáles son las condiciones que se requieren para la prescripción adquisitiva de dominio y sus efectos en la adquisición de propiedad de terrenos abandonados en la comunidad de Yananpampa, distrito de Sangarará, provincia de Acomayo, región Cusco?; asimismo la hipótesis General es el siguiente: Si existen condiciones que se requieren para la prescripción adquisitiva de dominio y particulares efectos en la adquisición de propiedad de terrenos abandonados en la comunidad de Yananpampa, distrito de Sangarará, provincia de Acomayo, región Cusco. El diseño de la investigación utilizado es descriptivo simple, el tipo de investigación es Básica. Donde la población estuvo conformada por los comuneros posesionarios de la Comunidad de Yananpampa, del distrito de Sangarará y la muestra fue conformada por 40 comuneros posesionarios de la Comunidad de Yananpampa entre varones y mujeres, la técnica utilizada fue la encuesta y estadísticas como el instrumento el cuestionario, con el objetivo de recolectar información que permita conocer la delimitación de las condiciones para la prescripción adquisitiva de dominio y sus particulares efectos en la adquisición de propiedad de terrenos abandonados en la comunidad de Yananpampa. De la recolección de la información, se ha logrado concluir que, existe condiciones que delimitan la prescripción adquisitiva de dominio en la adquisición de propiedad en terrenos abandonados de la Comunidad de Yananpampa. Finalmente, la codificación y el procesamiento de los datos recopilados se realizaron haciendo uso del paquete estadístico IBM SPSS Statics para Windows Vers. SPSS Statistics 28.0.1 y Microsoft Office – Excel 2021; en la cuál se utilizó una estadística descriptiva, donde se realizó la confrontación de la hipótesis, con lo que se pudo obtener resultados estadísticos a detalle.

The present investigation denominated: "THE DELIMITATION OF THE CONDITIONS FOR THE ACQUISITIVE PRESCRIPTION OF DOMINION AND ITS PARTICULAR EFFECTS IN THE ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY OF ABANDONED LANDS IN THE COMMUNITY OF YANANPAMPA, DISTRICT OF SANGARARÁ, PROVINCE OF ACOMAYO, REGION CUSCO 2021", has as general objective to know and delimit the conditions of the acquisitive prescription and the delimitation that exists, in the properties of abandoned lands in the Community of Yananpampa to 2021. In this work, questions have been raised; being the general problem the following: What are the conditions that exist to delimit the acquisitive prescription and its particular effects in the acquisition of property in abandoned lands in the Community of Yananpampa to 2021; likewise the general hypothesis is the following: There are conditions that delimit the acquisitive prescription and its particular effects on the acquisition of ownership of abandoned land in the Community of Yananpampa to 2021. The research design used is simple descriptive, the type of research is basic. The population consisted of the community members of the Yananpampa Community of the district of Sangarará and the sample consisted of 50 community members of the Yananpampa Community between men and women, the technique used was the survey and statistics as the questionnaire instrument, with the objective of collecting information that allows to know the delimitation of the conditions for the acquisitive prescription of domain and its particular effects in the acquisition of property of abandoned lands in the Yananpampa community. From the collection of information, it has been possible to conclude that there are conditions that delimit the acquisitive prescription of ownership in the acquisition of property in abandoned lands in the Yananpampa Community. Finally, the coding and processing of the data collected was carried out using the IBM SPSS Statics for Windows Vers. SPSS Statistics 28.0.1 and Microsoft Office - Excel 2021; in which a descriptive statistic was used, where the confrontation of the hypothesis was carried out, with which it was possible to obtain detailed statistical results.
