Propuesta de Implementación de un sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud ocupacional bajo la Norma Iso 45001 en la Empresa Corrales Ingenieros S.R.L, Cusco, 2018

Abstract

En el presente trabajo de investigación se elaboró una propuesta de implementación, la que esta intitulada “PROPUESTA DE IMPLEMENTACIÓN DE UN SISTEMA DE GESTION DE SEGURIDAD Y SALUD OCUPACIONAL BAJO LA NORMA ISO 45001 EN LA EMPRESA CORRALES INGENIEROS S.R.L, CUSCO, 2018” bajo el actual contexto, es necesario la implementación de un Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo que comprometa a la alta dirección en cuanto a una cultura de prevención de riesgos laborales y encaminarse hacia la mejora continua del sistema de seguridad y salud en el trabajo para el crecimiento y desarrollo integral de la organización, la cual ayudará a que dicha empresa pueda reducir sus problemas de desastres laborales. La presente investigación cuenta con el objetivo general de elaborar una propuesta de implementación de un sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud ocupacional bajo la norma ISO 45001 en la empresa Corrales Ingenieros S.R.L, Cusco, 2018. La población fue la empresa Corrales Ingenieros S.R.L. de la ciudad del Cusco la cual se beneficia con esta propuesta. La presente es una investigación aplicada de nivel descriptivo, con un enfoque cuantitativo de diseño no experimental, permitiendo obtener los siguientes resultados la empresa Corrales Ingenieros S.R.L. cumple solo con el 45% de los requisitos establecidos en la norma ISO 45001, por ello es necesario incorporar los requisitos faltantes y actualizar la documentación del sistema actual.

In the present research work an implementation proposal was elaborated, which is entitled “PROPOSAL FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF AN OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM UNDER THE ISO 45001 STANDARD AT THE COMPANY CORRALES INGENIEROS SRL, CUSCO, 2018“ Under the current context, it is necessary to implement a Health and Safety at Work Management System that commits senior management to a culture of occupational risk prevention and to move towards the continuous improvement of the occupational safety and health system for the growth and integral development of the organization, which will help the company to reduce its problems of labor disasters. The present research has the general objective of developing a proposal for the implementation of an occupational health and safety management system under the ISO 45001 standard at Corrales g SRL, Cusco, 2018. The population was Corrales Ingenieros S.R.L. company of the city from Cusco which benefits from this proposal. This is an applied research of a descriptive level, with a quantitative non- experimental design approach, allowing to obtain the following results the company Corrales Ingenieros S.R.L. complies with only 45% of the requirements established in the ISO 45001 standard, therefore it is necessary to incorporate missing requirements and update the documentation of the current system.
