Informe académico en materia civil y procesal civil: petición de herencia y acumulativamente declaración y materia penal y procesal penal: delito de robo agravado

Abstract

En el presente informe académico se realizó el resumen, análisis, contenido doctrinario y jurisprudencial, acerca del expediente N.º 00894-2015-0.1001-JR-PE-05, dentro del cual se denotaron los tipos penales de robo agravado y hurto agravado. Esto con la finalidad de poner en práctica mis habilidades y conocimientos adquiridos a lo largo de mi formación académica.
