Molestias Musculoesqueléticas en bailarines de ballet de la Escuela Nacional Superior de Ballet

Se realizó un estudio descriptivo de tipo Transversal a 114 bailarines de ballet de la Escuela Nacional Superior de Ballet. El objetivo de este estudio fue determinar la frecuencia de molestias musculoesqueléticas en bailarines de ballet con edades a partir de los 12 hasta los 50 años de edad. Los cuales están divididos en 3 grupos: FAT conformado por 70 bailarines de ballet, FAS conformado por 24 bailarines y EXTENSIÓN conformado por 20 bailarines de ballet. Para la valoración de las molestias musculoesqueléticas se les aplicó el Cuestionario Nórdico Estandarizado para el análisis de síntomas musculoesquelético.Se determinó que la frecuencia de molestias musculoesqueléticas en bailarines de ballet de la Escuela Nacional Superior de Ballet fue del 72% en tobillo o pie. Los bailarines con la mayor frecuencia de molestias musculoesqueléticas, fueron los que tenían entre 12 y 19años de edad; 63 (77%) de estos bailarines presentaron lasmolestias en el tobillo o pie, la frecuencia de estas molestias musculoesqueléticas se dieron en bailarinas(femeninas); 72(88%) presentaronmolestias en tobillo o pie, también en los que tenían un peso normal; 78(95%)presentaron molestias en el tobillo o pie, los que tenían de 6 a 10 años de práctica; 34 (42%) presentaron las molestias en el tobillo o pie, los bailarines del grupo FAT57(70%)presentaron las molestias en el tobillo o pie, los que tenían entre 1 y 5 presentaciones al año; 57(69%) presentaron las molestias en el tobillo o pie, los que tenían una frecuencia de entrenamiento entre 4 y 5 días por semana; 52(69%)presentaron las molestias en la cadera o pierna y 52 (63%)en el tobillo o pie.
