La presente investigación tiene como finalidad,identificar los factores precipitantes dela reincidencia(recaída)de consumo de drogas en residentes del centro de rehabilitación Casa Hogar Nuevo Amanecer San Jerónimo Cusco-2017. La investigación comprende un enfoque cuantitativo de estudio básico, no experimental de tipo descriptivo y transeccional; en el que se recopiló información en un solo periodo temporal.Para ello se utilizó la encuesta socio cultural donde se evaluó la edad y grado de estudios de la muestra y el test de Inventario de Situaciones Precipitantes de Recaída (RPI) y los datos de los participantes fueron brindados por el centro de rehabilitación Casa Hogar Nuevo Amanecer-Cusco. Se estableció que, los factores precipitantes de la reincidencia de consumo de drogas en residentes del centro de rehabilitación Casa Hogar Nuevo Amanecer-Cusco son: Estados afectivos negativos, vigilancia cognitiva, bajar la guardia frente a estados afectivos positivos y estímulos previamente relacionados con el consumo.También se estableció que; el 81.3% de residentes son jóvenes, 18.8% son adultos; el 34.4% tienen educación secundaria, el 65.6% tienen estudios superiores. La reincidencia, esun asunto multifactorial, y por ello se examinó algunas áreas de la vida, como en lo personal, familiar, social y laboral, habiéndose propuesto el siguiente problema de investigación: ¿Cuáles son los factores precipitantes a la reincidencia de consumo de drogas en residentes del centro de rehabilitación casa hogar Nuevo Amanecer San Jerónimo Cusco-2017?
Para ello se trabajó con una muestra de 32 residentes varones de la casa Hogar Nuevo Amanecer San Jerónimo Cusco, quienes fueron evaluados con el test: Inventario de Situaciones Precipitantes de Recaída (RPI) Los resultados obtenidos demostraron que el 3.1% de los pacientes están expuestos a situaciones de riesgo bajo, el 46.9% están expuestos a situaciones de riesgo medio y 50% están expuestos a situaciones de riesgo alto que precipitan a la reincidencia de consumo. El 6.3% de los evaluados están expuestos a situaciones de riesgo bajo, 43.8 están expuestos a situaciones de riesgo medio y un 50% están expuestos a situación de riesgo “alto” a causa estados afectivos negativos. El 3.1% de los internos no están expuestos a situaciones de riesgo, 25% están expuestos a situaciones de riesgo bajo, el 34% están expuestos a situaciones de riesgo medio y el 37.5% están expuestos a situaciones de riesgo “alto” por estados de vigilia cognitiva. El 3.1% de los residentes están expuestos a situaciones de riesgo bajo, el 37.5% están expuesto a situaciones de riesgo medio y el 59.4% están expuestos a situaciones de riesgo “alto” por estados afectivos positivos. El 28.1% evaluados están expuestos a situaciones de riesgo bajo, el 34.4% están expuestos a situaciones de riesgo medio 37.5% están expuestos a situaciones de riesgo “alto” por estar expuestos a estímulos previamente relacionados con las drogas. La investigación llega a la conclusión que si existen factores precipitantes a la reincidencia de consumo de drogas en la población estudiada.
