Resumen
El presente trabajo se denominó Los DD.HH de las personas LGTBI vulnerados
por la imposibilidad para contraer matrimonio igualitario en el estado peruano,
2018-2019, tuvo como objetivo general, determinar la relación que existe entre
las personas LGTBI vulnerados y la imposibilidad para contraer matrimonio
igualitario en el Estado Peruano, su hipótesis general fue: Si existe relación entre
las personas LGTBI vulnerados y la imposibilidad para contraer matrimonio
igualitario en el Estado peruano, 2018-2019. Su enfoque fue cuantitativo, su
diseño fue no experimental, su nivel fue descriptivo correlacional, su tipo fue
básico, su método fue deductivo. Para contrastar la hipótesis formulada y cumplir
los objetivos de la investigación se tuvo como fuente que da sustento a la tesis,
el análisis de la doctrina sobre el matrimonio entre personas del mismo sexo y
las normas jurídicas aplicables en sede nacional y derecho comparado. Se dejó
precisado que existen diferencias sustanciales entre la unión de personas de un
mismo sexo.
