Relación entre el test estresante y los resultados perinatales en gestaciones a termino atendidas en el Hospital Regional Guillermo Diaz de la Vega, Enero - Julio 2018

Resumen
Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre los resultados del test estresante y
resultados perinatales en gestaciones a término atendidas en el Hospital Regional
Guillermo Díaz De La Vega, enero-julio, 2018. Metodología: El estudio es de tipo
descriptivo, retrospectivo, corte transversal y nivel relacional. La muestra está
constituida por 115 gestantes con embarazo a término que acudieron a la Unidad de
bienestar Fetal del hospital Guillermo Díaz de la vega enero- julio, 2018. El análisis
estadístico se realizó en el programa Spss v.24. El análisis de las variables
cualitativas se estimó por frecuencias absolutas y porcentajes. La asociación entre
los resultados del Test estresante y los resultados perinatales se midió mediante la
prueba de Chi cuadrado, el cual se consideró significativo cuando el valor de p era
<0.05. Resultados: en cuanto a los resultados del test estresante negativo se
obtuvo un total de 77,4%, positivo 3,5 % y sospechoso 19,1%. Entre los resultados
perinatales encontramos que: el líquido claro fue mayoritario (76,5%) así también en
su mayoría tuvieron Apgar normal (94,8%), La vía de parto fue del 63.5% vaginal, la
edad gestacional por Capurro fue >= a 37 semanas con un 97,4% y no presentaron
circular de cordón un 67,8%. Se evidenció una asociación significativa entre los
resultados del Test estresante con características del líquido amniótico, puntaje
APGAR con un p valor de 0,00. Conclusión: se acepta la hipótesis del trabajo de
investigación, lo cual indica que existe una relación con alta significancia estadística
entre los resultados del test estresante y resultados perinatales.
