Desarrollo histórico de la Regionalización chilena : el caso de la reforma de 1974

Abstract

La distribución político-administrativa del Estado Chileno nos dejó comprender el proceso histórico de implementación de la reforma de regionalización desde los años 1974 a 1990. En este trabajo buscamos exponer los hechos que llevaron a la reforma del año 1974, y se analizaron diversos puntos de vista, en donde esperamos dilucidar las variables que llevaron a la descentralización orientada a la regionalización.

The political-administrative distribution of the Chilean State allows us to understand the historical process of implementation of the regionalization reform from 1974 to 1990. In this work we seek to expose the facts that led to the 1974 reform, and we will analyze different points of view, where we hope to elucidate the variables that led to the decentralization oriented to regionalization.
