Amenaza De Parto Pretermino Por Pielonefritis En El Hospital San José De Chincha

Resumen
El presente caso se refiere a una paciente de 22 años que acude al hospital al área de emergencia por presentar vómitos, hasta 6 episodios, acompañado de dolor a nivel del epigastrio y dolor estomacal desde hace más o menos 6 horas, refiere movimientos fetales activos.
Al realizar la evaluación de evidencia a paciente LOTEP, AREN, AREH; al realizar el examen físico se encuentra: AU: 35cm, Dinámica uterina, no se evidencia, al tacto vaginal: cérvix posterior sin modificaciones, altura de presentación: ALTA, además se determina que la fecha de ultima regla fue el 18/02/17, calculándose la fecha probable de parto el día 25/11/17, realizando una primera impresión diagnostica: Primigesta de 35 semanas por F.U.R + No trabajo de parto + Embarazo múltiple + Síndrome dolores abdominal + Litiasis vesicular + ITU, motivo por el cual se solicita realizar la hospitalización de la paciente; Además se solicita los siguientes análisis: Análisis de sangre: hemograma completo, grupo y factor RH, bilirrubina total, TGP-TGO-VDRL, Sedimento urinario, Ecografía abdominal, Ecografía obstétrica, teniendo como plan a seguir la revaluación con resultados
Paciente es hospitalizada previa colocación de vía permeable y administración de hioscina de 20mg + metamizol 1gr por V.E.V.
Paciente reevaluado, al momento del interrogatorio, refiere disuria desde hace una semana, no sangrado vaginal, no perdida de líquido amniótico, Percibe movimientos fetales.
