Resumen
Uno de los mayores espacios globales de alianza económica es el Tratado Integral y Progresista de Asociación Transpacífico-TIPAT, que entro en vigencia en el año 2018, el cual busca profundizar las relaciones comerciales y de inversión con la creación de una zona de libre comercio entre Brunei Darussalam, Chile, Nueva Zelanda, Vietnam, Perú, México, Singapur, Canadá, Australia, Japón y Malasia, luego de la retirada de Estados Unidos en el año 2017. Si, ciertamente el tratado ha presentado –en su incipiente periodo de tiempo-mejoras importantes en la exportación de materia prima y productos terminados en las áreas de minería y agroindustria para el Perú, también debe pugnar en el futuro por asumir otros roles encaminados a relanzar la actividad científica, transferencia de tecnología y promover premisas para la resolución de controversias que no atenten en contra de la soberanía de las naciones. La investigación se realizó desde el enfoque documental con el objetivo de interpretar las implicaciones de la alianza en la dinámica económica del país.
