Resumen
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación entre
el liderazgo y el desempeño laboral en los colaboradores de la UGEL de
Moyobamba, año 2021; por lo tanto, el estudio es de tipo aplicada, de nivel
descriptiva y correlacional, desarrollada bajo un diseño no experimental; al mismo
tiempo se ha tomado una muestra de 48 colaboradores que representa la
totalidad de la población. Aplicando también la técnica de la cuenta y el
cuestionario como instrumento, para la recolección de datos; logrando finalmente
concluir que, existe una fuerte relación entre el liderazgo organizativo y el
desempeño laboral de los colaboradores, pues de acuerdo al estadístico Rho de
Spearman existe una correlación positiva alta de 0,857 y una significancia de
0,000. El liderazgo individual y el desempeño laboral de los colaboradores,
mantienen una fuerte relación, pues de acuerdo al estadístico Rho de Spearman
existe una correlación positiva alta de 0,799 y una significancia de 0,000. El
desempeño laboral de colaboradores es bajo, pues de acuerdo a sus
características generales se ha identificado deficiencias en cuanto al conocimiento
del cargo, la calidad y presentación del trabajo, así como dificultades para planear
y organizar su trabajo; por otro lado, se evidencia deficiencia respecto a las
características individuales, pues se ha generado la impuntualidad, mala
presentación persona, falta de iniciativa y creatividad, dificultades para adaptarse
a los cambios y un mínimo sentido de pertenencia con la institución. Existe una
relación significativa entre el liderazgo y el desempeño laboral en los
colaboradores, pues de acuerdo al estadístico Rho de Spearman existe una
correlación positiva alta de 0,804 y una significancia de 0,000.
