Resumen
El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo proponer mejoras al Sistema de Gestión de
Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo para disminuir el nivel de Riesgo de Contagio de
COVID-19 en una distribuidora de bebidas. La investigación tuvo un enfoque
cuantitativo y alcance descriptivo por ende fue de tipo No experimental con un
diseño transversal, descriptivo simple. Se obtuvieron como resultados que; el 51%
de los trabajadores percibe que el SG-SST tiene un buen nivel, el 53% de los
trabajadores tiene un nivel de riesgo de contagio de COVID-19 mediano, para lo
cual se propuso como mejora: la aplicación de la Ficha Sintomatológica de COVID
19, realizar pruebas de descarte de COVID-19, elaborar un plan de SBC, realizar
teletrabajo en el área de ventas, hacer capacitaciones virtuales de SST, evaluar los
riesgos psicosociales y entregar material higiénico suficiente contra el COVID-19.
Se concluyó que las siete propuestas de mejora disminuirían en un 38.1 % el riesgo
de contagio de COVID-19, pasando de tener un riesgo de contagio de COVID-19
mediano (10.52) a un riesgo de contagio de COVID-19 bajo (7.22).
