In present, entrepreneurship is a good alternative to face unemployment and to try to achieve economic stability. However there are inherent factors to each type of activity and its environment, which influence the development of them. That is why it is very important to identify the factors that influence the success of these activities. Methodologically a descriptive study was carried out under the qualitative –quantitative modality, through the analysis of data found in the literature, the criterion of entrepreneurs, he application of surveys, and neutrosophic AHP, which have allowed to establish a set of factors that influence the development to the artisan enterprises of San Antonio de Ibarra.Actualmente el emprendimiento es una buena alternativa para hacer frente al desempleo y tratar de conseguir una estabilidad económica. Sin embargo existen factores inherentes a cada tipo de actividad y de su entorno que influyen en el desarrollo de los mismos. Por tal razón es de suma importancia identificar los factores que influyen en el éxito de estos emprendimientos. Metodológicamente se ha realizado un estudio descriptivo bajo la modalidad cualitativa – cuantitativa, mediante el análisis de datos que se encuentran en la literatura, el criterio de emprendedores, la aplicación de encuestas, y el método AHP neutrosófico, que han permitido establecer un conjunto de factores que influyen en el desarrollo de los emprendimientos artesanales de San Antonio de Ibarra.
