| dc.description | Over time, organizations have adapted and considered necessary to establish a solid financial plan that contributes to the fulfillment of maximizing shareholder wealth and, therefore, focuses on improving the financial health of an entity. After carrying out the corresponding diagnosis in the present investigation, it was determined the requirement to establish a working capital budget for the company Transcomerinter Cía. Ltda., That improves the levels of liquidity and therefore contributes to its growth and development. This paper aims to study and evaluate the state of the working capital for the company Transcomerinter Cía. Ltda. To achieve this, a group of financial indicators is chosen and a joint result of the state of working capital is reached with the help of the Certainty Factor taken from MYCIN, the well-known Expert System for medical diagnoses. | dc.description | A través del tiempo las organizaciones han ido adaptando y considerando necesario instaurar una sólida planificación financieraque contribuya al cumplimiento de maximizar la riqueza en el accionista y que por ende se enfoque en mejorar la salud financiera de una entidad. Luego de realizar el correspondiente diagnóstico en la presente investigación se determinó la necesidad de establecer un presupuesto de capital de trabajo para la empresa Transcomerinter Cía. Ltda., que mejore los niveles de liquidez y que por ende contribuya al crecimiento y desarrolla de esta. Este artículo tiene como objetivos estudiar y evaluar el estado del capital de trabajo para la empresa Transcomerinter Cía. Ltda. Para lograrlo se escoge un grupo de indicadores financieros y se llega a un resultado conjunto del estado del capital de trabajo con ayuda del Factor de Certeza tomado del conocido Sistema Experto para diagnósticos médicos MYCIN. Esto permite proponer medidas para revertir la situación desfavorable. | es-ES |
