The following project developed a prototype using open-source technologies such as Arduino IDE, complementing the hardware with microcontroller boards from the same manufacturer in order to optimize resources and demonstrate that it is possible to innovate and create new technologies with economic feasibility. The designed prototype has the capability of constantly monitoring the temperature and humidity of the environment where the sensor is implemented. The prototype includes a NodeMCU microcontroller board that provides the option of connecting to a wireless network (Wi-Fi) through its integrated card, and it will also have a BH-1750 light sensor that will provide readings of the light levels within the environment where the prototype is installed. The prototype will have a temperature and relative humidity sensor that will tell us the real-time values of these climate variables. We will be able to visualize this data on an OLED screen installed on the prototype, and for reference of the proper functioning and power supply of the prototype, it will have an LED and a buzzer installed as indicators of the exceeding levels of each of the aforementioned variables. The integration of a power source module into the prototype is important and part of its design, as it will be constantly powered for the optimal and correct functioning of the prototype.
Chapter I, has the approach of the problem in a clear and concrete way for which you want to solve within this project, as well as the causes and consequences of the problem. The specific and general objectives are also set out in this chapter, which will be specified throughout the project. Chapter II, forms the theoretical framework, the theoretical foundation, the conceptual foundation of each element that at the software and software level that is composed of the designed prototype, also has scientific bases from other sources no older than five years ago of the year in which this project was developed. The legal foundation that the project can cover within the legal scope and that must be governed by the laws in force within the country. Chapter III, is made up of the technology proposal, where we will find the design of the prototype, its implementation phase, the operational, technical, legal and economic feasibility. It will also be possible to find the tools and the investigative methodology that was used to measure the levels of acceptance and reception of the project within the sample taken from the selected population. In the last chapter IV, we will be able to visualize the acceptance levels, as well as the conclusion of the results obtained during the project and the recommendations for future related projects or similar topics.
