dc.description.abstractIn this degree work, a proposal for a scalar house with a bamboo construction system and prefabricated BTC panels was proposed, in order to develop a house with low-cost prefabricated materials, with a low environmental impact and easy construction, which allows the user to make the necessary extensions based on their needs. We started from the analysis of the main materials used, bamboo and earth, which are abundant in the environment and their cost is low compared to others, knowing their behavior, advantages and disadvantages, we developed an architectural proposal of modular and scalar housing, with bamboo structure and prefabricated BTC panels, this design should meet the needs of an average family, so we start from the modular and functional analysis of the kitchen, which is proposed as the most important area of the house and around which the whole house is developed, With the architectural proposal proposed, the construction system was developed, following the same principles of low cost, easy construction and scalability, which is why it is proposed bolted joints which allow changes and extensions in the structure, as final points, but equally important, through the use of digital tools the seismic behavior of the house is simulated and necessary reinforcements were proposed, the process culminated with the development of a budget in which it is analyzed whether the proposal is viable or not, economically.
