Propuesta de implementación de un glamping relacionado a actividades de aventura y agroturismo en la comunidad de Zhamar, parroquia Jima, provincia del Azuay

Abstract

The present graduation work has focused on the proposal for the implementation of a glamping along with agrotourism and adventure activities in the Jima parish, province of Azuay. The construction of 4 glampings style frame A has been proposed, which is a rustic-architectural style where the building usually has the shape of that letter with a wooden base or floating floor, which can offer guests the experience of camping, with the comfort that can offer a luxury accommodation in a natural area, complemented with activities that can involve the culture of the sector. Through a survey of agrotourism and adventure activities, a technical and financial study and a market study, we want to know the level of feasibility presented by the proposal along with its proposed activities, with the aim of presenting a project that attracts national and international tourists, so that they have the opportunity to get directly involved in the customs and culture that Jima parish has to offer.
