| dc.description.abstract | Background In recent times there have been changes in the sexual activities of adults due to the advances and development of societies in the sexual field. It is affirmed that we live in the "modernity of sexual liberation", a time in which models and structures have encouraged adults to discover new sexual practices, which has determined a new configuration of human relationships. These statements are based on worldwide studies that have uncovered how erotic sexual games have been part of the sexual repertoire of many adults.
Objective: To understand the perceptions and experiences of erotic sexual games in emerging adults in the city of Santa Rosa.
Design: This is a study with a qualitative, phenomenological approach. A total of 8 emerging adults were selected based on a non-probabilistic or convenience sampling. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 8 emerging adults, between 19-30 years old, from the city of Santa Rosa. The data were processed by means of thematic analysis and by means of the Atlas ti program.
Results: the sample consisted of 8 emerging adults from the city of Santa Rosa. The results showed that erotic sexual games are the main activities to perform when there are sexual encounters and that, being diverse, they choose to vary sexual practices. Toys, positions, fantasies, fetishes, and senses are considered the elements that encompass erotic sexual games, evidencing that emerging adults seek pleasure, satisfaction, desire, and stimuli to improve their better sexual understanding.
Conclusions: the study suggests the need to deepen the thematic with other qualitative studies, as well as to develop educational programs to improve the knowledge of erotic sexual games. | |
