Resumen
The environmental conditions wi- blish analysis criteria, file creation and other data for the simulation. Finally, the information obtained in the simulation is compared with the measured data. A total of 26 classrooms were simulated, one classroom for each block of the faculty was considered for the analysis. It is concluded that, there are discrepancies in temperature levels in the morning hours, in the afternoon these levels are adjusted to the regulatory requirements. The most unfavorable condition occurs in room E2 203, which presents lower temperatures and an error rate of 16% in relation to measured and simulated data. However, the reliability of the software was demonstrated, which in the global comparison showed an average of 9%. In addition, key information is obtained, such as infiltration values and input data, establishing benchmarks for future similar projects. thin educational spaces such as temperature and air quality are determining factors in academic development, these are influenced by the climate of the place. In the case of Cuenca, it’s possible to set aside heating and ventilation systems due to the excellent climate during the year; however, extreme temperature variations can cause moments of uncomfort. In the case of the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism of the University of Cuenca, elements such as carpentry and blinds were observed, to intuit the probability of thermal leaks that could alter the internal comfort conditions. This study seeks to determine, through simulations, the thermal comfort conditions in interior spaces of the faculty, thus obtaining internal temperatures that will be compared with current regulations. To carry out this project, software’s such as ArchiCAD and Ecodesigner Star plugin are used. The internal conditions in the classrooms and climatological data are taken using measuring equipment, essential to esta-
